1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slick Social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Slick Social is a social media management platform that allows businesses to schedule and publish video and image content to TikTok and other social platforms, manage advertising campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. The Service includes, without limitation, TikTok video scheduling, publishing on behalf of authorized users, and OAuth-based account connection.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have all necessary rights to the content you publish through the Service.
• You will not use the Service to publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must comply with the terms of service of the third-party platforms you connect (including TikTok).
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.

4. Data Usage

To provide the Service, Slick Social stores OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, account identifiers, and metadata about scheduled and published content. Access tokens are stored securely on our servers and used only to perform actions you have explicitly authorized (such as publishing a video to your TikTok account). We do not access content or accounts outside the scopes you have granted.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that publication to third-party platforms will always succeed (publication depends on the availability and policies of those platforms).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slick Social and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these terms or whose use poses a risk to the integrity of the Service or to other users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.
